The STEAMTECH 2008, the 2nd Seminar organized under the aegis of the publication, STEAM & BOILER REVIEW, was inaugurated by Shri Vajubhai Vala, Hon'ble Minister for Finance, Labour and Employment, Gujarat State.
The event was participated by about 700 delegates representing wide spectrum of industry users like Chemical Industry, Boiler Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry, Sugar Industry, Textile Industry, Paper & Pulp Industry, Accessory Manufacturers, Dairy Industry, Govt. Officials, Power Sector, Petrochemicals, Consultants, Academicians, Students, Other Industry Users.
More than twenty experts and professionals from various parts of the country and abroad deliberated on different aspects of boiler industry like : Regulatory Procedures & Formalities, Steam Generation Technology : Emerging Trends, Boiler Selection, Modification & Upgradation, Effective Boiler Utilisation, Efficient Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting, Fluid Optimization & Energy Conservation Techniques, Boiler Water Treatment, Instrumentation & Auto Control Systems.
